The Miracle Hill Spa Tour and Wellness Weekend made its return to Desert Hot Springs on Jan 29 2026 , bringing relaxation, history, and community support together in one immersive experience. The event ran from January 29 through February 1 .
Travel media and visitors were hosted on a group adventure to explore the the city’s Spa scene . A private charter tour with the Mayor of Desert Hot Springs , guiding the tour to fourteen different locale spas .
Some local spas very private , and some quaint or trendy each spa has its own charm and characteristics. Some boutique desert style spas, a couple of ultra luxury desert resorts, some trendy travel stays with treatments and some with airstreams. There were introductions to connect with wellness professionals, Spa therapies , Spa enthusiasts and some Spa managers; to experience the natural mineral waters that have made Desert Hot Springs a destination for healing for generations.
The city is known for having some of the cleanest natural mineral water in the world and regularly competes in the Berkeley Springs International Water Competition, often ranking among the top municipal water supplies.
The mineral-rich water originates near the San Gorgonio Mountains, taking hundreds of years to travel underground, heat naturally, and emerge through the area’s hot springs.
This year the 2026 tour began at Cabot’s Pueblo Museum, where guests heard about the city’s history before visiting multiple spa locations and attending educational seminars led by health and wellness experts.

After the start at Cabot’s Pueblo Museum and a few glasses of champagne and spring water .
The first spa on the list was Miracle Manor Boutique Hotel and Spa which I had the pleasure of being hosted at for the weekend.
A cozy desert property with an earthy south western vibe their signature spa tubs outside viewing the mountain views.
The Miracle Manor Boutique Hotel is a very quaint desert hotel with a homey delicious fresh breakfast served and private yoga morning sessions with views of the desert mountains and a private spring water pool and spa.
The Miracle Manor Boutique Hotel had an active morning spa group partaking in the sound bath and yoga Mountain View.
There is also quaint main lobby check in and kitchen where there are snacks provided and they serve a delicious gourmet tasting healthy eggs and fruit breakfast and take out is available.
There is also a private spa and entrance where guest can schedule hour or one and half hour long private massage.
The private massage therapist and therapy is a wonderful experienced with specialty fragrant body oils and a choice of several different herbal scented body oils and option to upgrade to cbd infused body massage oils.
The hour long massage therapy session is carefully curated to the guests desired depth of massage and their in house specialty therapist , is excellent and very personable and very skilled at relaxing and invigorating massage. One of the highlights of staying at Miracle Manor Boutique Hotel and Spa , it literally made the whole Desert Hot Springs weekend.
While on the Miracle Spa Tour , the group did their own version of following the map, the city Mayor graciously introduced the Hotel Spa managers and they explained some of the highlights of the desert hot springs spas while he accompanied the tour to each destination spa.

The top resort more high-end resorts the Two Bunch Palms and The Azure Palm Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa Oasis which is one of the newer spas and is run by a Hollywood native , who brought her “biz” expertise in design to create an innovative exclusive spa with ice cold rooms and hot spring water plunges to cater to the celebrity clientele and exclusive VIPs and Spa enthusiasts that want a fabulous place to stay and day spa.
The Azure Palm Hot Springs Resort & Day Spa hosted a lovely diner party to finish the day tour and begin the weekend of spa experiences.
The 12th spa on the tour Aqua Soleil Hotel and Mineral Water Spa. The 13th spa on the list Acres Landing. and the 14th an oldie family and large group style Miracle Springs Resort and Spa. Hosting the tour with lite bites and champagne.

Each spa has unique characteristics some have outdoor pools, some outdoor private bath tubs some of our family, friendly and some are adult only.

Each spa on the tour, we had the opportunity to visit for 15 or 20 minutes so we had a quick look at the grounds and the spa facilities some in private rooms some in suites and some on the property and the photos will show what we learned on the spa tourand on my desert, Hot Springs weekend, adventure.
One of the featured stops is Sagewater Spa, located atop Miracle Hill. Spa owner Dana Solomon had mentioned the property sits on one of the hottest hot springs in the city, with water emerging directly from the ground at extremely high temperatures .
