Los Angeles (Perfect Travel Today) 8\/4\/17\/–The Petersen Automotive Museum <\/strong>opened its latest exhibition in the Bruce Meyer Family Gallery entitled,\u201cSeeing Red: 70 Years of Ferrari<\/strong>.\u201d The exhibit is a celebration of seven decades of beautiful and fast automobiles and the family man, Enzo Ferrari, who brought the famous race car to the attention of the world via his sheer vision and will of strength.<\/p>\n

The exhibition opened with a fabulous opening reception on Thursday, April 27th.The exclusive event included a special tribute to legendary racer, Phil Hill<\/strong>, hosted by Hill\u2019s son, Derek Hill.\u00a0\u201cThis new exhibit is another example of how the Petersen views cars, as art, and nothing is more appropriate than red Ferrari models,\u201d said Terry Karges, Executive Director of the Petersen Automotive Museum. \u201cWe\u2019re confident this exhibit will helps us continue our success and really get people talking and learning about Ferrari.\u201d<\/p>\n

The\u00a0exhibit showcases several examples of the brand\u2019s most lauded designs including the legendary 250 GTO, the 166MM, the 250 TR, the 250LM and the 2001 Ferrari F1 driven by Formula One racer Michael Schumacher in one of his most dominating years in the series.<\/p>\n

The exhibit opened to the public on Saturday, April 29th, 2017. It will run through April of 2018.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Few brands have captured the imagination of the world more than Ferrari. For 70 years, Enzo Ferrari\u2019s prancing horses have thrilled car enthusiasts both young and old with their racing and road cars. To celebrate the Italian automaker\u2019s 70th Anniversary<\/strong>, and through the leadership of Bruce Meyer, \u201cSeeing Red\u201d<\/strong> features a collection of 11 of the rarest and finest road and race Ferraris<\/em><\/strong>, all in its signature red paint.<\/p>\n
